Who owns your family

The family belongs to the account that made it.

The owner is the account, not the person.

Whatever rights we could claim in a generated family and its renders are assigned to you on delivery, as far as the law allows.

No attribution is required, and the assignment has no expiry.

We keep only the licence we need to store, process and show the family to your account for the service.

That licence is not a licence to use it.

No copyright notice of ours goes into the family file.

The file records where it came from: Made with Estrelis Spec to Family.

What you upload stays yours and is used only to build your family and to upgrade it.

Uploads are deleted within 30 days of upload.

The family file and renders are kept in your account for 12 months.

We do not share them, pool them or train on them.
